men of war series

its a little bit like company of heroes but better in a bit of ways imo

theres also a ton of mods for it that make it even more better
which one would you recommend?

coh is easier to learn and get in the groove

you may or may not like mow, its more technical and has more features

If you want a good squad based RTS try out Commandos two

Anyone?

Wargame: Red dragon is a fantastic RTS with semi modern units from like 20 or so nations.

(and i need buddies to play with)

is company of heroes overly and stupidly complicated like men of war? I want a RTS not a administration game.

but wheres muh company of heros

I wonder what Final Fantasy Tactics would fall under.
-Grid system
-Turn based combat
-Controlling a team of different classes, while the enemy controls their own team of classes
-RPG system (leveling up, skill points, classes, etc)

I think it would be similar to TSBG, because of the single unit control and the terrain makes an impact on what you can do.

Also, Valkyrie Chronicles might fall under the same system, except its a bit more clear.

damn no homeworld on that list

how one does not mention homeworld?
