These people are right, you should hire more people including animators.
Make it a bigger project, schedule times to do things.

Just because you can't handle the truth that you're not competent or mature enough to organise a project of this scale, doesn't mean I should lose my right to be able to tell you that you need to stop this and try do something more productive with your time.
