I'm looking forward to your drama on me while I stay here, cringing at how awful you've designed this project.

Questions:

A) How do you even expect to entice animators? As I said before, animation is extremely difficult/tedious. How do you think you'll convince somebody good enough to do it that they should join your project when you've told us barely any story stuff, and you said they're not getting paid?
B) Only one animator? How are you going to get away with just one animator?

Except you're not doing a good job. And it's concerning that you're blind to your own mediocrity. Read up on what it takes to launch a project and collect team members who will execute your vision.

A lot of people will just give you a pat on the back for sticking to what you said you're going to do—in the real world especially. You'll probably come to appreciate the people who tell you what you're doing wrong a little more, in the end. By all means, stick to your guns and do your project. • I'm 20yo, which is probably older than you.
• I got to a design college where I study game development, animation and project management (as well as business studies).
• I've got more failed projects than you could imagine. My track record is probably the most horrible for any user on this site.
• I've had one successful project and it was the only time I tried things differently, and used a proven successful method instead of just washing around wasting time.
• I have a key interest in helping people, and making sure everybody creates awesome stuff that we can all enjoy.

You can keep pretending I'm the bad guy here, but I'm just being a hardass because you won't listen otherwise. One of us has gone through this stuff more times you can fathom, and seen other people do the same, and everytime it loving fails. It would be nice to actually be successful, wouldn't it?

If you enjoy being made a fool of, continue exactly as you are. If you want to actually do something interesting and successful, then you need to stop and reflect on what you're actually doing.

Maybe you need to get heavier reading glasses, or a brain. Not sure what's going to help you out most, but either way you might be able to start learning something.
