Considering the already made drama and the completely stupid functionality, I personally am no longer supportive of something that could've been good. All the new features that are listed don't really introduce any new gameplay. You aren't changing what was already existent, you're just stretching it out further with stuff like drugs, don't do that.

Addressing the idea box: Realistically, the plants required to make drugs shouldn't be so expensive and drugs are meant to be risky, cheap, and eventually promise a large sum in the end, which this is rather the opposite of. Adding a bunch of drug manufacturing bullstuff won't make the game any better and furthermore reintroducing the record clearing is a terrible idea.

To be quite honest, I don't think the team itself isn't quite the brightest based upon what I've seen and experienced from these users. This looked promising in the beginning, but has begun to spiral off into random directions and sprouted various unintelligent matters, for which, I don't want to keep up with.

Why should you be Moderator?: I feel like i would be a huge role apart of the servers, and people may thing i'm handicapped but i wont be handicapped anymore. I have a lot of friends along the way, separated from the people that think i'm a handicap. Back on topic, This city RPG looks extremely good and it feels like i would be a good mod on it, i would do a lot of good things and not about the special rank.
Do you have any special talents or skills?: Well i have my eventing, i just have to learn VCE if theres VCE on the server.
Is there anyone that can recommend you?: SpaceGaming, Va11, And many other people i know.

Once the other admins get on, I will discuss these two applications with them. We "MAY" have VCE, but that would mean restricting events to admin.

Talking with Brick leads me to believe, and seeing this guy admin in action, makes me believe that he is a suitable mod for this server. He may not be the best, but he will be the one covering the night shift as he is in the European Timezone.

We haven't actually talked moderators yet, but this is a definite no in terms of the application. One sentence for each section, littered with spelling errors at that, is not acceptable.

I'll state again, we haven't voted yet, but this is also a pretty bad one. The application is poorly written, and for some reason in green, bolded text. Repeatedly you say you've been accused of being a handicap. This is an application, don't list your cons. I haven't even looked you up, and I can tell you have a lot of negative drama on your record.
Edit: On another note, you seem to have a lot of admin experience but none from any notable servers. Also, after looking you up, you aren't exactly the most mature of the bunch.

:3: I do not reccomend this person. His application is weak and all he does is talk about how he used to be "handicapped". Don't really need to say more than that.

Metario: I don't necessarily recommend, or commend this person. I have not seen this person on any server I've visited.

Piexes: I do not recommend this person. He has repeatedly stated that he has been called handicapped in his application, which is a place to list the cons about yourself. This says something about his intellegence, and also his maturity level. I also checked up on his history, and he's been trying to get donation money off of people for his servers. He also has a very low effort application.

:3: I would ask that you express more on everything besides his experience.  I do not recognize any of these server hosts. Although most of these servers are role plays, the genres listed are not as serious as a City RPG. Often times, when I have joined these types of servers, the host gives out free admin, or even admin for people who stay for 5 minutes. A display of more serious servers or some recognizable names would be a plus.
My vote is no, but I do wish for you to take the application more seriously. I will reconsidered after a considerably altered application.

Metario:: Recommended. He is a very good admin. I have seen him do it on his server. He just hasn't put enough recommendations. He has been admin on A LOT of servers.

Piexes: This person seems to have a lot of experience, but also not on any 'big name' servers. I've never seen him in action, but it looks like his record checks out. The only thing that is bad about him is his application. It is extremely low effort, and he doesn't bother to put more then one sentence in for each section. I'm quite torn, but I'll say no reccomendation. Just rewrite your application to be better.

Ethan, I was on the fence about your application. As I said on my review of it, I would like for you to rewrite your application and re-submit it to us. I am willing to reevaluate it and change my No to a Yes if you show that you are willing to put in the effort. If you do not put the effort into rewriting a review, then we can not trust you to put effort into being a mod.
