What the hell Steam?

I've been buying games for 3 years, and racked that total up to 367 games.
Never had this happen. So I feel like it was well deserved. Don't try to trick Steam. You managed to get a 9 week VAC ban. I'm pretty sure this will show up permanently on your profile, too.

This is not a VAC ban, I mean, he is restricted from servers with VAC but that's because it's a Steam-wide ban. VAC bans only cover a single game's server.

Using a fathers credit card (with permission of course) is tricking Steam? Speaking of that he may of accidentally never knew that transaction before.

why do people just give out their steam willy nilly
people add you and then you never talk to them once in your life
there are like 4 people i talk to on steam and i have 60 friends

yeah I had almost 300 and cleared out most people that I figured I'd never talk to, got down to like 80. It's nice being able to see a forumer's post and being able to instantly talk to them on steam. Sometimes you actually make a friend once you start talking.

and yes, im aware of you asking for permission. but, did he say you could by a specific amount, or maybe your dad doesn't want you buying games like saints row because your like, 11 or something?

also if that purchase was a month ago and he didnt know about it then you pretty much took his money, gg
