nobody would have to be diagnosed with diabetes anymore

we would die in our teens

kids would stop getting autism
Humans would be a controlled species

We'd die earlier, medicines wouldn't be used because no one knows what they're doing, a simple infection would become deadly.

then humans would obviously just stop getting sick because it wouldn't be any fun anymore
