what i mean is, with all of the murder and stuff in real life, what's the big controversial issue about this game? the game sounds like a great way to rid my anger and stress of everyday life.
yeah but i dont think the point of real life is to go around slaughtering people.

>great way to rid of stress

I didn't even know we had that rating here in the states...

I'm pretty sure Postal had similar gameplay to Hatred. You had to kill all of the civilians because you went "postal" and wanted to kill everyone, while in Hatred, your character just hates everyone and wants them to die. So Hatred isn't even that original.

i don't see a difference. you can easily commit genocide in gta as much as you can in this game.
The difference is that one says "You have plenty of options, and you can do whatever you want. One of these options is to kill people, which by the way, doesn't come with any reward."
And the other says "KILL PEOPLE. DO IT. That's all you can do in the game. That's the whole point. Kill the most people and get a spot on the online MURDERBOARDS." probably.

the fact is in real life your sole purpose isn't to murder everything because you don't like them

this game was made for edgy people and should be banned from north america too, it's stupid and i see no reason to make a game about killing innocent people.

also how is shooting people relieving stress? play some silly game, not edgefest 2015

isn't postal satire though, or is that just postal 2

Postal 1 only required you to kill enemy NPCs.

I don't think I'll be picking up this game ever, regardless of its rating.
Its just too obscene for me, I don't think I could handle it all without throwing up.

Does anyone else think about every character's digital family constantly, even though you know they don't exist like I do?

you can't tell me that pretending your boss and some of your co-workers are some of the citizens in the game doesn't alleviate stress.

the game was ridiculous. doesn't mean it's not fit for existence, but it's obviously way over-the-top and that's intentional.

obviously the whole violence in video games oh no thing is dumb, i doubt anyone that spends their time on an online lego game forum would try and assert that argument

That's because they can't sell AO games in stores

after seeing the trailer i now have a strong interest in playing this game.

I am normally not the type of person who supports this kind of mindless senseless killing (normally i'd get sick to my stomach by just the thought of it) but something is compelling me to play this game.

the "OH GOD PLEASE NO" when he head the shotgun to the guys head and blowing his brains out absolutely disgusted me. the blood curdling screams disgusted me.

i don't know what is wrong with me to want to play this.

Uhh, that's kinda worrying. Maybe see a therapist instead.

precisely
you can kill loads of people in GTA but it comes with harsh repercussions and resistance and no gain from doing so other than pocket change, which you'll likely lose upon getting hospitalized; add the fact that there's no mission where you just go and kill people in the streets (save for the rampages? although they're armed too)
the point of hatred is to commit a shooting. nothing else. literally nothing other than shoot innocent people.
