Return to Blockland 1.045
Where it all began

Does anyone still play this? I redownloaded it recently and I haven't been able to find a server. This game barely, if EVER has any servers up. I know people have moved onto retail but this Version is still very indate and usable.

Why?
- Maps
- Overlapping Bricks
- More Lego-ish
- Tilted Bricks
- Free

Some people may just call me a nostalgia-cigarette but This is still a great game. It's a shame nobody plays anymore. Anyone got any stories of their experiences? Any Screencaps of any of their creations?

the building in the RTB is a pain in the ass, but we can always use a V20 or V19

badspot doesn't like old versions of BL to be distributed.

overlapping bricks is a good thing?!

then why is there a fully functional version of v20 readily available on github (complete with a seperate master server) that badspot has done nothing at all to suppress

I used to play RTB v1.045 before I got Blockland.

he means on the forum

ohhhh my god this was so fun

I've never played this version, but I have seen it in action and played The Orange Block which similar to this I guess.  When I did play it though there were dozens of servers on, not so much anymore.

badspot doesn't give a stuff about the original though

this stuff was my childhood

but i hated building cause it was so goddamn hard. i just liked going on other servers and making friends
