a good place to start is to not assume people aren't happy with you as a human being in a generalised fashion

since you apparently are already aware that you aren't happy with your behaviour, the next step is to change the problem behaviour so you're more content with yourself as a human being and you'll be happier in general as a result!!

first of all if you are really worried about your reputation on an online game about building with fake legos, then you need to get your priorities straight.

second of all if you REALLY ARE THAT WORRIED, then just take a break from the forums and maybe even the game as well and just lurk and see how other people act.  learn what is ok and what is not by watching others.

also idk why you want to "fix your reputation", i seriously have no idea who you are or why you have this alleged "bad rep".

and on the subject of being an admin, just dont be and admin.
