It costs money to manufacture things.

It costs money to manufacture things.
I'm pretty sure it doesn't cost more than $25,000 at the most to manufacture a couple thousand card decks.

Damn out of a $10,000 goal

151,691+ card decks, with boxes, plus however long it takes to sign 400 of those boxes, plus the time it takes to make custom cards for 5 individuals, plus kickstarter's cut, plus profit.

Edit: Added the plus since you know, 27 more days.

Hm. Fair enough. Kickstarter is probably going to be very happy after this project hits the deadline lol.

Still, its a horribly absurd amount of money based on an initial $10,000 goal lol

Who are these guys and how do I get a Kickstarter as successful as theirs .

I don't understand what you're saying. People don't deserve success if they set a low goal on a crowd-funding site?

They set a price per item, and enough people have bought said item that it has brought their total to 3 million dollars. Where's the issue here?

i can make this stuff in my own home for free, like wtf

make exploding dogs or potato salad

Okay, then don't buy these cards, make your own, and quit whining.

You could make these cards for the 79,000 people that backed the Kickstarter alone all for free at home.
Or you don't want to buy it?
