If the wrong kind of bacteria get in there it could cause an infection. Piss doesn't have any of those kinds of bacteria, but unsanitized metal can as far as I know.

Piss is pretty clean. Still, the real problem is that your richard wasn't made for things to be stuck in, so it could end up making you bleed if you aren't careful. And at that point there's a big risk of infection, which is why you need to sterilize whatever you're putting in there.

Thats not bad, but make sure that you sterilize the rod first or you'll get nasty infections
