• Download teamspeak3 whatever os you have
• then after you are done click the installer
  
• after it is done installing then click teamspeak and start it up
  
  • when it is started up there will be teamspeak and some other tabs, click out of them
    
  • then click the top left "connections"
    
    • after that put the ip (caravangaming.teamspeak3.com) in at the top

Nope, although I was banned for 3 minutes for that reason. I had turned on a script that was parroting what F1SH said in order to give people more time to read it. I wasn't spamming for the sake of spam.

As of now the admin application is no longer available as a means of becoming an admin on our server. Anyone previously accepted has been voided and as a gift, has been given operator positions. I realized the system was flawed and i am sorry about taking some of your positions away. I have decided to put some of the people I trust most as head admins and from now on you are going to have to use the new requirements to become an admin. Again, I am sorry, but I feel this is for the best.

Basically. The reason I have it based on application is because the controls are not simple at all, and a first time user would take a few minutes and someone explaining to learn them.

Also I think it should be noted that admin and operator are two different things.
You shouldn't want admin just to be able to be an operator!
