Specifically, little flaps on the wings, in my case all in the back. Pitch, up and down, is influenced by the angle of the back wings. Think about pushing on a toy car with a rod facing up, it'll lean back, the wind does the pushing.
Roll is done by one facing up and the other facing down, forcing both sides to lean. This is a terrible explanation, watch the back tail wings in my video.

I put a flying block on each corner that is activated with a different key. When I want to turn, I activate one of the blocks on the side.

If that makes any sense. I have no clue how to explain stuff.

EDIT: I also do something similar with wheels so that I can eliminate using steering blocks. I end up binding my wheels to my numpad using the keys 7, 9, 1, and 3.

Sell all your trading cards. That's what I did, and I got about 7 dollars worth of stuff from it. Forgot to also say that I sold some halloween costume pieces from TF2.
