Eh. It's hard to explain. It has a lot to do with tax and welfare and inflation. When you get too many people in one country with a limited amount of money, you end of with a forgeted up economy. The government can either invest in birth control, start printing off more worthless paper money, or just start killing people. Money isn't even backed by gold anymore so how much your dollar bill is really worth is pretty questionable today, but to make things short: The government uses birth control to try and limit the population to benefit the larger mass: the rest of the economy; Since it's about the only "humane" way to deal with population control <prevention>

And? It might work as a painkiller. It's not going to get rid of cancer, which is what chemotherapy does.

None of these hold substantial case studies or evidence that actually prove cannabis oil is a legitimate substitute to radiological therapy. Half your sources even openly admit it, and the other half refer to using medicinal marijuana as a pain relief during chemotherapy. Anything that ends in .com might as well be written by a high school student.
