Geez that sucks. Hope you can get it taken care of.
With me, I always get a nagging feeling of restlessness in my central lumbar spine. Twisting my back until it cracks a few times will give temporary relief, but it always comes back (no pun). On rare occasions (as of now), I will feel an excruciating crushing feeling in my back. All I can do is gulp down Ibuprofen and it doesn't always help. I remember the first time it happened was on my sister's birthday last February. I just started to sit down to sing happy birthday and immediately started wincing in pain that lingered all night. That has only happened twice since then, but my dad has similar issues much more often.
I also have a hunch that my coccyx is bent the wrong way. I never injured it or anything, but it feels like instead of pointing backwards like a tail bone, it feels through my skin to face inwards. It also feels very sore after sitting for long periods.
brace yourself for future problems
Oooo bad. I hope you don't get
Rickets. Then you will have soft bones and need a brace m8
