Your corners don't line up and you didn't make it all one shape so you have overlapping faces. So I give it a no, needs more work.

Even this is better and the only thing I had to do is add a torus.

Smoothing needs to be better, when making an object, you shouldn't really combine so many meshes to make a simple object, and the placing of those meshes could be better to make it look like it's a single object.

(Use exttrusions, insets, or even combine those different meshes to a single piece)

Make it flat shaded and it will look less odd. Also when making a ring like this, make use of basic shapes. Start with a cylinder, then cut a hole through it and you have a ring.
If you're unsure how to do this, i really recommend some basic tutorials on how to use the software.
