I'm honestly curious here, what's making him a "problem" user? Because nothing shown in OP is indicative that he's a problem user. He's been an ass to one guy (We all have been, let's admit it), and he's been a bit immature towards a couple others (one of which was apparently also being a richard to him), so far based on what's been presented he's nowhere near a problem user. I'd suggest you stop calling him that unless you have some actual evidence of that and are going to present it.
