Author Topic: got my new pc and idk  (Read 2697 times)

I'm not really good with computers, but I want to know if the Asus M32 is able to run at least low shaders.

http://www.asus.com/us/Desktops/M32AD/

The one I ordered has an AMD Radeon something card I believe. Not so sure which one but heres a list of the ones you can get for it:

NVIDIA® GeForce GT620 1GB/2GB
NVIDIA® GeForce GT625 2GB
NVIDIA® GeForce GT630 2GB
NVIDIA® GeForce GT640 4GB
AMD® Radeon HD8350 1GB
AMD® Radeon HD8570 2GB
AMD® Radeon R5 220 1GB
AMD® Radeon R7 240 2GB

Like I said, I probably got one with AMD Radeon graphics.  Are any, if not all of the AMD ones able to run at least low shaders?

how much did you spend

I hate to say it, but you paid WAAAY too much for that.

those amd ones are all bad, worse than the nvidia ones

which processor did you choose?

that's worth maybe $650 at most. sorry mang.

Don't buy the cheap stuff from vendors like ASUS. Almost all tech is sold at 175% of the production cost, and generally lower grade hardware is sold for even more than that.

Im sorry but I misread "Asus" as "star fish" when I first saw this thread
but apparently its the same thing

Contrary to popular belief; I actually really love the top-line ASUS laptops (despite some very significant manufacturing flaws in their shells), but their pricing policy for the bottom line is utter stuff.

I built my own computer for less than that and it can run blockland at max shaders.

Obviously this computer matches nowhere mine and even if you do get blockland running well then you still got ripped off seeing how you could've got computer with better performance.
