It think Badspot needs to make a rule for Drama in which you CANNOT make stuff posts like these.
Simple guidelines:
 - Drama's must contain substantial evidence.
 - Drama must contain a valid argument. (i.e. how noobish a player is not 'this guy banned me now I'm upset :^((("
 - Drama must be intelligible.
 - Etc.

That's irrelevant.  The quality of the drama is still on a near spam level and shouldn't be posted.

I don't think subjective criteria will solve the problem, it's better to just leave the issue as-is with the existing forum rules.
