Uh, wrong. Tank crew is only 4 people (For US M1 Abrams, other countries who use auto-loaders will carry 3). You have the Commander (Spots targets, commands crew, and controls the remote weapon station), the Gunner (Controls turret weapons like coaxial machine gun and the main cannon), the Loader (Loads rounds, can also use the mounted machine gun), and the Driver...who drives.

The M1 has room for 4: A driver, a gunner, a loader, and the commander. The Commander can operate a machine gun mounted up top, the loader can have an mg mounted on his hatch, and the Gunner controls the cannon and the Co-ax.

I wanted to join the Air Force for Engineering but I cant even get into the military

Air Force as a pilot.

Main reason is that, with my brother being a huge aviation nerd, I learnt from him, his books, his plane simulators, his TV documentaries (everything from "boring" yet highly factual videos to more interesting stuff like Air Crash Investigation) a significant amount of what it is like to fly a plane and I'd love to be a part of that if I was being conscripted.

It also helps that one of my cousins is a qualified Air Force pilot in the Australian Army.
