i dont get the look. very expensive gaudy shoes. with sweatpants, track suit, hooded sweatshirt. or some combo of that.
the black guy look of the 90s gave a little more forget then today.
It's a way of looking I guess.

If they made more clothes that actually went with the shoes it'd catch on probably.
If you have shoes that look like a galaxy there should be a shirt or hoodie that looks like a galaxy.

Notice how everyone against sneakerheads are the same people who wear the exact same pair of converse or vans they had in 6th grade, lol.
I buy a new pair of shoes every year or so. So you're completely wrong. I think buying over $80 for a pair of shoes, in my opinion, isn't worth it at that point. Huge scam by basketball players. Probably cost what like, 50 bucks to make, then charge $300 for them? I mean it works though, they get suckers to buy these things every day so good on them, but you just look foolish walking around trying not to "dirty up" your shoes.

Besides, what's so funny about having the same pair of shoes you've had for a while?

I've been foiled

They cost a lot less than 50 dollars to make, lol.

Suckers buy these things then sell them for thousands of dollars, so they must be the fools. You could probably wear them once and not get them dirty and sell them. Seems like a sound business plan to me.

If you like that musty aroma emanating from your feet I guess it's not bad.

they bought sneakers, you built a 700$ comp to play videogames. everyone spends money on things they enjoy.

How is this funny?

Wouldn't the person who bought them for 1,000 be the sucker? You kinda just missed the point. Besides I don't know anyone that buys them to sell them.

I have 1-2 friends that have super old shoes and I smell nothing from them and they look great besides like the worn out look. They're clean and everything.

that's a horrible brown townogy. computers will last you for many years, while shoes like these (in fact a lot of the expensive ones) disintegrate faster.

the computer can be used for work, entertainment and business, and will last like 5 years, at $700

the shoes can be used for fashion and will last a year or so, at $350

so yeah, guess you're right, the sneakers are the better deal

Shoe = 350/1year
Shoe*2=700/2year
Computer=700/5year

Computer>Shoe

Unless you're being sarcastic which you didn't exactly make a hint of it lol.

he was clearly being sarcastic lol. don't know how you couldn't tell

This is the blockland forums. Some people are actually this idiotic.

My computer: $568
My shoes: Hand-me-down work shoes that were only $20 for the original owner. I've had them for about 3 years now.

Shoe = 350/1year
Shoe*2=700/2year
Computer=700/5year

nah, it was sarcastic, sorry for the confusion lol

lets not forget that a new fashion of shoes comes out way more frequently than new generation of PCs do

I could sell the 350 dollar shoes for 2k at bare minimum price and buy two computers and another pair of shoes.

The person who bought then for 1k could sell them for even higher as the shoes get older and harder to find.
The point wasn't a good one anyways. They get these "suckers" to buy the shoes but the suckers are getting a huge profit from sale.

Literally no one will care about this fad two years from now. These shoes will look basically the same as every other kind of shoe 20 years from now, and no one will buy them for collector value.
