Cuban toys, jewelry, cigars, rum, and coffee are the majority of what is able to be traded over the distance between Italy and Cuba.

Italy begins to prepare to bring some parts and tools needed to build up basic infrastructure to Cuba.

Italia begins to extend infrastructure build up to its African colonies in hopes to incorporate it into the Italian mainland and heart even more, albeit moreso mentally and psychologically.
