if you want to cite actual world inventions, do so with regards to the technology tree

that's all I'm asking for

EDIT: if your nation doesn't actually have certain vehicles at certain years, then it doesn't matter. you still have a "cuban jet bomber" for example. I don't care about specifics that much

Cuba requests the Colombian government's surrender.
Accepting surrender will enforce the following:

Total ousting of the current Colombian government
Conversion of any remaining military into police which will be utilized by the new government
The current Colombian government will be brought to Cuba for a trial

The government will be replaced by a newer Fascist government that will look over its people,
led by Presidente Josef Esteban, along with a ministry of Cuban advisers,
who will assure that the new leader doesn't accidentally take Colombia down another path of destruction.

King George V has passed away. His second son, George VI takes over his position as his first son has married a woman who has divorced twice already. She could never be queen.

We shall never forget the man who led us through the Great War. Though a sad day for the great British Empire, we shall never stop prospering, we shall never stop leading, we shall never stop progressing. Rule, Britannia!

America has a moment of silence for a lost British leader who saved the glorious nation

Argentina ceases face making for a moment in respect.

Cuba would have sent tons of coping rum but is embargoed and is thus unable to send gifts.

Colombia requests annexation from Cuba,
because of a damaged country side, lack of military,
and... 'aftershock' of forming a new government
is simply too much for the weakened country.

If a part of Cuba, it should be able to recover, however.
At least, that's the conclusion lead to by the Colombian government.

Cuba accepts the request of annexation with open arms,
and begins allocating resources to not only repairing the new part of itself,
but industrializing it, expanding its healthcare and education laws as well.

Also, the trials took place today.
Most members of the surrendered and ousted Colombian Government were sentenced to execution,
due to their approval of the mustard gas strikes. Others were sentenced for life in prison,
and a few lucky ones only got decades in the big house.
