Any inactive Cuban forces within Cuba begin to move, per the most substantial training exercise Cuba will ever know. All of them are loaded into naval transports, and all of them are moved to Colombia, then Cuba, then Colombia again. Every time they land, it's under heavy fire from machineguns and artillery firing blanks. They must then run a marathon with all of their gear through allocated jungles, which aren't worth mention here, and back to the shore.
Eventually, the training exercise is complete, and Cuban forces begin to dissipate into their allocated spots within Colombia and Cuba.
