United States and Cuba

Diplomatic talks between Cuba and the U.S. resume, they are both pleased to inform that the torments from August 1936 - June 1939 are no more, and the embargo on Cuba is no longer neccesary. Trade with Cuba is reopened and they are allowed access to the Panama Cbrown town once more. This does of course, mean Cuba stops supporting nationalist Spain to an extent and only supplies them with money, not weapons. Relations between the Cuba and the US is still not fully repaired, but they're growing.
