The server literally gives you like 30 seconds to type an explanation, which is way more than enough to write "/explain teams switched". I don't know what to tell you besides to learn to type faster. I recommend www.typeracer.com for practice.

I was there when this happened. It wasn't any of the administration team that banned you, rabbot, it was the auto ban system for multi freekills. Yes it was dumb that you got banned for it because it teamswitched you when you died but it's only for 2 hours so I wouldn't fret.
