Author Topic: I'm Getting the Shakes - College is Crazy  (Read 3057 times)

I've still got junior and senior year of high school, and then all of college and graduate school. So like another 8-10 years.

The furthest I can go with my budget is the Blue Mountains once a year. :/
Just save up man, I was only eating like every 3 days to save up for my trip, though I was also just too lazy to go buy food anyway.
Speaking of traveling, how was it in Nepal and such? Did you meet any Asian girls, or was that part just a joke?
Nepal was loving radical, had the time of my life and definitely the highlight of my trip so far, I'm in Vietnam now after going around China and Hong Kong, not sure where I'll go after here yet.
And yes I have gotten along with a few Asian girls, yellow is the loveiest colour <3

I still have 7-8 more years after I finish my sophomore year.

5-6 in college for architecture. :/

ive always wondered how people can afford travelling around the world. do you have a well paying job? or are you money smart? or have just been getting away with this as you go?

(the last one sounds funnest to me)

Ive been sitting on my degree with nothing to do since I graduated, just been taking care of the house and my girlfriend while she finished up her degree. Now that she's done I am supposed to be making games, but just taking care of household chores seems to sap all of my time and energy...

Emphasis on the girl part of my sentence.

yeah dood.

i got one more year and then i can go transfer to a university if i want (which i will.)

thanks high school for the dual credit classes!!! saved me a stuffton of work to do on my degree.

i have like 4 years of highschool then maybe 4 years in uni

so i have like 8 more years until im done counting college

since there's a bunch of dudes who seem to have some experience, is a part time job early on any good for college?

Highly recommended. College life is an expensive life, but you'll have plenty of free time so it's a good time to get some work experience for the resume and make some cash at the same time.

Luckily for me I did score a well paying job for a few months, but I'm also just terrible at spending money and end up just chilling at home for a few days rather than go buy things like food which takes time from skyrim.
I'm traveling pretty budget and can often go days to weeks spending as little as a dollar or two.

Clone's technically a creep confirmed.

I would high-five you but you're on the other side of the world right now.
