Yes, prisoners killing guards death messages should be hidden to guards (but other prisoners can see).
Guards killing prisoners display is entirely also for staff purposes and for everyone to keep track of who killed who, even though we have /whokilled, so I say keep it for that.

It doesn't matter. When a warden tells you to do something, you do it in an obviously timely matter, sticking with the flow of things.
