I believe in a couple of things:
Wardens are just as important to gameplay as Crown or Niblic or Skill or any of the major staff players is to the flow of the server. Bad wardens, bad gameplay, horrible experience for everyone involved.
Of course, experience usually means fruitful results; however, some wardens consistently do the most horrible, stufftiest things ever, and it gets annoying.
"Autorebel going outside cells."

....
.....
"Go to yellow line."
And a bunch of people go to yellow line. This fortifies (and encourages) bad warden behavior, because it gives the guard team kills and lets the warden play his dumb games. I'm not saying that trick is bad - I used it yesterday (accidentally). However, prisoners need to reflect this more with: Good wardens, no rebelling. Bad wardens, rebelling. It is fun to rebel, but that isn't the entire point of the game. Prisoners should be able to punish other prisoners for rebelling against a warden that would make the server less boring.
Prisoners shouldn't complain about bad wardens when they are only fortifying bad warden behavior. Smh. Stop complaining, take action.
Plus, if you do use /idea (I use it a lot whilst playing warden), bad wardens will tend to pick up on some fun games, and then use them.
