http://draked.me/rules6a. If you get conflicting responses from multiple staff members, always listen to the one of the higher rank. If the conflicting responses come from staff members of the same rank, always listen to the one that says no.
Having weapons other than their fists in their inventory, unless it is part of a Warden's game or a last request. A kindly guard may allow you the chance to drop your weapon, with no consequence to you or him.
this rule didnt get changed but id like to emphasize now that the push brooms and balls in the soccer place are auto rebel unless the warden says otherwise
23b. Changing game elements in a way that kills prisoners with no opportunity for reaction is not allowed.
aka changing the speed of the laser or jump rope when its nearing prisoners
24a. Games that involve choice must have clear and obvious outcomes, unless the outcome is predetermined in team chat.
26. The Warden must assume that everybody has the default control scheme.
26a. Example: Warden cannot restrict standing up then tell the prisoners to sit, as those who do not have the key binded cannot do so without standing up.
this is just a rewording of an existing rule that nobody really broke ?
27. The Warden must turn off collision if some prisoners cannot obey his order or survive his game due to collision.
28. The Warden cannot keep the prisoners in the cells after 9:00.
clarification: this means trapping them in the cells with no way out
29. The Warden is automatically the designated shooter in every game, unless he specifies otherwise.
