So, I am trying to decode most of the stuff on the kxbm site, I will edit this post to put all the information I find HERE.

If you edit attributes on the radio thingy on the ads it shows up with some green text saying: "Get away from there, Freeman! I'm expecting an important message."

If you click the button in the top left corner (to the right of the numbers) on the radio thing some really strange audio file will play. Its morse and I decoded it and it says the following: "t t t t7 { . . . - - - . . . } de ai5bm ai5bm a i5b m black mesa r es e ar ch facil ity biod ome la bs. trapped, ne ed rescu e . e v a c z o n e not safe. mili t ary hostile AR k  e { - . . . . . . . . . }hiee ee e ee eeeeee e e e ie it" and after that it repeats itself.
