I get that it's processed, but it still looks quite nice. But looks can be deceiving, so...
Anyway, here was my dinner from a few weeks ago.

Some nice beef shoulder cut steaks, with a peppercorn sauce, on melted brie (hidden under the sauce), and some curly fries (Didn't have any regular chips which would've been better, and I needed to use these up).

the nacho cheese that we use at the football concession stand i work for school is usually has a bit of spice, but it's really good as long as your chips aren't overly salty. and it's glorious when you put jalapenos over it.

It's way nicer. American cheese really isn't that good for anything in my opinion, except on cheap burgers. Home grilled/cooked burgers or gourmet burgers really should have something else like Swiss or Sharp Cheddar.

Um but nacho cheese...I'm not totally sure how it's made. I'm utterly curious now. It's usually just labeled as "nacho cheese" or "salsa con queso" and can come in several different spice preferences. Most nacho cheeses are spicy in some way, whether that be "mild", "zesty", "hot", etc. The texture is usually very smooth and rolls a bit. I don't like nacho cheese with chunks (tomatoes, jalapenos, maybe onions, etc) but they do exist.
