What's nacho cheese, as in the one used in those sorts of nachos, like?
Is it just like melted "American cheese", or is it nicer?
I get that it's processed, but it still looks quite nice. But looks can be deceiving, so...
Anyway, here was my dinner from a few weeks ago.

Some nice beef shoulder cut steaks, with a peppercorn sauce, on melted brie (hidden under the sauce), and some curly fries (Didn't have any regular chips which would've been better, and I needed to use these up).
