as a kid i used to have it every night it was awful. around 12 years old, it just stopped
basically i didnt see dark figures or anything like that, but what would happen was i would wake up, and i wouldnt actually notice i was experiencing sleep paralysis until i actually saw what i saw, and all i saw was a little girl in white with black hair that covered her face
and it was so weird cause she didnt ever do anything necessarily scary, she would just clearly run past my door, and thats all it took to put me in a state of indescribable fear. sometimes, (and this was the scariest) she would walk into my room, go into my closet, and then suddenly i would snap out of it. other times, she would walk to the side of my bed and stare down at me, and then other times she'd crawl onto my bed and sit at my feet. and then bam, at 12 years it stopped
i have never experienced sleep paralysis since then. the brain and different states of dreaming are probably the most amazing things ive ever researched. i love the brain <3
