I remember a bedroom server where it was like "City RP" and it had the ACM city, it was amazing. There was a police station and I had applied to it. (Back in 2010), and I became a police officer, shooting criminals and locking people up.
The police station was on the corner-shelf diagonally across from the bed itself and next to the window. Fond memories.
Then it shut down, and I came back the next day to even more amusement. It was updated! The ACM city had more buildings, and the police station had an extra floor, and a garage to hold the jeeps.
It became more fun, because one of the buildings became a gang compound, where a shootout lasted in-RP, days, and in real life, an hour.
Of course the police won, and we locked the gang up, but it was something to remember.
But my first server was that Afghanistan Desert TDM match, where I first loaded my online game, and I was an US Ranger, with the default gun and an M16. It was fun. But it didn't use the standard Afghan map, no no no. It used community-made buildings. Turns out that whole map was community-made, multiple users on a single build, one after the other. I was included, it was fun.
My first BL_ID was 23k, my second 31k, and the one I am using, 39224.
