but it still technically matters because a lot of popular websites are hosted in the us.

Now telecom companies have no reason to invest in upgraded infrastructure and services while shackled by such heavy regulations. All so teenagers can browse research and post memes in peace.

The only american site I visit frequently is Blockland. Well, I guess I don't care about this anymore. Good luck defending your rights!

well if you don't have at least 3MB/s download then your internet technically isn't even broadband
but that's it
companies just can't advertise "broadband" internet unless it's at least 3MB/s
there's nothing saying there has to be a standard of 3MB/s
