i also despise fighting games even though i think they're conceptually rad

i would much prefer the return of ridiculous over-the-top arena shooters as the mecca of competitive gameplay because when i look at fighting games all i see is a forgetin fight and only get brief flashes of 'ok, this person just did a sick strat' as opposed to a first person shooter where almost anything you do is obviously some sort of strategy

like in a fighting game doing X combo at Y time to the layman is just a series of punches and kicks but to someone inside it's a highly technical lag-canceled supermove that builds meter AND cuts 10% off the enemy's life bar but is highly risky to pull off and the fact he landed it is a feat unto itself and did you see how he baited that guy with that previous attack? he made it look like he was going to do intricate combo Z but no, it turns out it was intricate combo X

like i dont know what the combos forgetin look like what the forget do you want out of me

i know what going left instead of right looks like. i know what juking looks like, i know what repositioning looks like. i can't not know what those things look like

but then you play quake or something and you shoot a rocket down an empty forgetin hallway and start booking it somewhere else on the map and suddenly the game tells you [YOU] DIRECT MISSILE [OTHER GUY] and it's absolutely clear to everyone that you just shot a guy at a delay, with perfect accuracy, who you could not forgetin see based purely off of prediction and personal skill

like you dont need to be specially trained to know crazy bullstuff when crazy bullstuff happens but fighting games are- by the nature of the style and not the actual gameplay necessarily- already crazy bullstuff, so you dont actually know what you're looking for until everyone around you starts screaming and cheering

I got massively pissed most of the time playing HL, and one time in HL2
Never finished GTA SA without cheats
Never finished GTA IV without cheats
Used cheats to get far into NFSU
Never played a Fallout game
I dislike fighting games
Out of the 500+ saves I have in Blockland, I've only finished building ~10 of them
I prefer keyboard & mouse over controller anytime
I've never played Skyrim
Most games I own remain unfinished

I cannot think of a single game today that I enjoy

I buy a bunch of sandbox oriented games, but I am complete ass at building things and being creative in general.
I had more fun with games that are 10-15 years old than most games in this decade.

- cheated through half life 1, blue shift and opposing force using Noclip and Noclip only on parts I couldn't pass. They where loving hard as balls but when I played half life 2, portal and up I didn't use any cheats because they where easier

- I dislike GTA V a lot, the game is clunky and overrated in my opinion. The story is downright bad and has no sense of humor like past GTA games and why they never put CJ in the game is something that really lost my temper and why the forget are ballas in grove street. And speaking of san andreas where are the SA characters? did they disappear? There is just too much stuff I dislike about GTA V. But its my opinion

- Never played Skyrim, deus EX, Age of empires II, borderlands, any metriod game and probably a lot more to come

- I played Super mario galaxy 1's whole story line but when Super mario galaxy 2 came out I never bought it and now I regret this because I don't have a wii anymore. Ffs

- I've only completed Mario kart DS, the simpsons hit and run, Timesplitters 2 and super smash bros Brawl 100%

- I have punched my keyboard several times when ever Gmod crashes to desktop for no reason

- Thought the cake wasn't a lie in portal and actually thought you have a party but nah glados is a loving cunt

-  The Only game I abuse cheats with to the max is any sims game (who actually has time to play the game and get thousands of pounds to build and buy stuff in the game?)

- I think the only thing I buy games for a probably mods since my Ut2004 game is full of them and I buy games for the story like max payne for example

- I'm probably the only one who found the Nightmare stages in Max Payne frustrating and annoying as forget

On that subject, many a time I've played a game forever then whenever I find a mod that's like 10x better I never ever go back to the original, even though I like things that are official.
For example AIX for battlefield 2, that mod's amazing.

I have never finished S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat even though it's my favorite game.
I've never played through any of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games vanilla.
I didn't make it very far into S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky before I determined I hated it
I play S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl with Complete mod installed
I literally purchased RAGE for Loosum Hagar when I was like 14. That was my only reasoning. Needless to say I hate the game.
The only reason I play Final Fantasy XIII is because I think Lightning is hot, the lore is loving stupid to me
I have to switch to a different steam account when I play Blockland because my main is banned
Minecraft still terrifies me
I never made it past the first boss fight in Dark Souls
I play all games on the easiest difficulty (unless it's STALKER COP in which I play on a modified extremely hardcore difficulty)
I hate borderlands because I have no friends
I hate borderlands when I'm playing with friends anyway
I spend most of my time in Garrysmod making stupid comics for Facepunch

That mods amazing, I still have battlefield 2 (complete collection) and its still amazing from even today

- I didn't know how to play Destruction Derby 2 (PS1) correctly until a couple months ago, even though I've owned and played it since I was 4.
- I can't download Steam games on my home internet.
- I can't play online on my PS3 on my home internet.
- My most favorite game right now is Clash of Clans.
- I've cheated my way through several games before completing them normally.
- I think Wii games are dumbed down and more stupid to play than on other consoles.
- I've never downloaded add-ons for Minecraft.

the ballas are in grove street cause they took over, and it's speculated that they killed CJ aswell.

i'm guessing you didn't follow GTA V's canon at all or listened to any of the story during franklin's missions about grove street
