You hold your fire, but the cruiser doesn't. The impacts of the five outgoing torcreepes cause it to go off course and take out the top five floors of an office building as it begins its final descent towards the bay. Seeing its quarry wounded and almost defenseless, the Brynhildr fires another salvo of ten to finish it off.
With the vast majority of the carrier's offensive and defensive systems disabled and the ship itself on a crash course with the sea, it is now at your squad leaders' discretion whether to stay and ensure its destruction or to call it a night and go back to base.
