Jaakko finds himself needing to use the Corsair's arresting gear to land properly. He pulls his helmet off and sees the results of his nosebleed. He also finds that he is drenched in sweat and smells like hell.

Tippy might has well as materialized out of nowhere for as soon as you turned your head she was there looking at you through the roosterpit window while standing on a "borrowed" stepladder tapping on the glass.

"I SEE THE HUITS LET YOU OFF EASY" She yells at you through the muffling glass

Ralph lands and heads into the hangar, where he parks his Rafale and gets out. Somehow, he finished the mission without a scratch. Amazing.

He heads to the mess hall because he's rather hungry after that ordeal.

Yui watches everyone fly in from the windows in the mess hall.

Jaakko raises the roosterpit glass and wipes the dry blood around his mouth with his gloved hand. His voice is quiet and he seems a bit disconnected with the world.

"There's been an... incident," Jaakko murmurs, "I should go see CO Johannson."

He begins climbing out of the roosterpit and lowering himself to the ground, falling the last few feet.

Jaakko looks at Tippy.

"Don't worry though, none of us are hurt,"

"Incident? But you kicked total ass right?"

"We did, but there were some other- uh, complexities,"

Jaakko covers his mouth with his hand and rubs more dried blood of his face.

"Well-... I'm soaked and I can smell myself. I suppose that Bell and Geary will head to be debriefed," he says.

He looks back at Tippy as if looking for a second opinion.

"Yeah you do look rough... Its like you were fighting a badger in the roosterpit while you were up there. Go see the doc and take a shower."

[Mr. Hurricane]

"I had a nosebleed, that's why I have blood on me. So don't worry, I'm not hurt," Jaakko says softly.

Jaakko pears out at the sky and studies it for a few moments, reflecting on the fact the Mjolnir stopped a nuclear war.

"Yeah i only said you looked it. If u were dying it'd be me twisting the knife dumby"

"That's rude," Jaakko replies.

He thumbs Tippy's helmet lightly.

"Bop!"

He manages a faint smile.

Is the collaboration between Huit and Aesthian forces going to be publicly acknowledged at all or is it going to be swept under the rug by the military bureaucracy?

It will likely be severely understated. As far as the average citizen will know "Mjolnir and a handful of Deltan pilots" saved the world, not "Mjolnir and the head of the Deltan Air Force".
