I put on some pants and a shirt and follow Tippy.

: What the hell do you think you're doing? Get back to your room, I just need her. Go barricade it up again in case we forget up and get killed, or worse.

I head back to the room.

I run back to my room and gather a couple essentials. I get my helmet bag and attach the sling. From there I aldo get the extra pistol mags: tracers and small-caliber flares. I put the bag on, and push it so that it lies on my back. The magazines go into my flight suit pocket.

I pull a chair out from my room and put it outside so that we can barricade ourselves in.

I follow briskly behind the technician. Passing various locations and other distracting garble.

It's one room. You have little privacy aside from your own bedsheets and blankets.

I take off the pants and shirt, because I put on my flight suit before the Mercanan died.

I hide under my bed with my pistol in hand. Not much cover but if they can't see me at first then it helps.
