Nevermind everybody the God of Requilary says otherwise.

What the hell, did the factions just Napoleon Total War?

>Just
They Total Warred in 4914. It's why the war started.

is abs fiesta anime

No but in universe like 50 years from now Kintharians will probably make it one
Like Hetalia. Alternatively it's like Strike Witches. Or KanColle but with planegirls instead of boatsluts.

Nevermind everybody the God of Requilary says otherwise.

>Denying the only true (See: Aesthian) Pantheon of gods
>Being a filthy monotheist

Roger returns to his room after getting most of his burns treated, the skin around his face had become patchy and really white in some spots but the doctor told him that should go away within a week or two.

He sits on the edge of his bed, for the most part his mind was empty for a while but now suddenly a wave of regret and depression washes over him. He pulls a photo out of his pocket. It was him and his dad on their first hunting trip together standing over a giant beast of a deer with their compound bows in hand. He sets the photo on his night-stand and flips the lamp on. He sits down at his desk and begins typing up a report on his computer.

He opens the file on the arson case in relation to Tippy's home. Something about it has been nagging him for a while.

Jaakko watches the aircraft land and looks anxiously for Tippy's plane, while quietly singing a tune.

The PAK FA slips into the hangar smoothly. For once, the technicians don't look like they want to strangle him, undamaged plane and all. Gus looks down the hangar towards Roger's plane, a scorched wax sculpture that at one time may have resembled a fighter jet. If being deep-fried didn't kill him, Maintenance did.

He leans up against the front landing gear for a moment, gazing out into the impenetrable Deltan jungle lazily. Vaguely, Gus remembers a film that this dense tropical wilderness reminds him of. He wouldn't have been entirely surprised if a tall blue tribesman jumped out of the brush and started flinging arrows at him just then. He pursues this amusing line of thought for a moment before scratching his head and walking indoors.

The mess hall was abnormally devoid of people. He sits down at a table facing one of the TVs, currently playing recent events and headlines. He spins a discarded spoon around on the table absentmindedly.

Another group of people barge into the mess hall through a second set of doors, in the middle of a heated debate.
: I can't believe you're defending this! They used flamethrowers! On a nursery!
: And? It got the job done, you would have made the same call if you were in his position.
: No I wouldn't have, because I've got more than a few strands of moral fiber in me!
: War's war, people die. I mean, if you could even call those things people.

Jaakko walks by the the hangers, dogs in tow. He sees that Tippy's aircraft is back, and he has merely missed her.

He scours the base and finds her in the cafeteria.

"Find Tippy!" he says to the dogs.

Jalko has is his nose pressed into the dirt in amusing fashion.

He enters through the exterior doors. The dogs start to follow but he turns them away. Jaakko takes a seat next to Tippy.

"How'd it go?"

She turns towards Yukamo and the pilot and walks briskly towards them until she reaches them.
"Overheard a few bits of info, whats this about?"
: Flywrench over here is mad at a TV show.
: Don't put words in my mouth! I'm not "mad at a TV show", I'm disappointed in... a particularly hypocritical scene from a TV show. You don't get to set up a character as a paragon of goodness and then have him give the order to use flamethrowers to clear out a citizen militia from a nursery, and then just gloss over the whole thing like nothing wrong just happened.
: You keep saying nursery, I don't think that's the right word. "Hatchery" might be more appropriate, considering the Nantax are a bunch of overgrown bugs. "Nursery" is a bit too humanizing.
: Human or not, they've been shown to be capable of rational thought, not that that stops "our heroes" from burning the unborn and newborn alive. Nobody even stops to say "hey, isn't this a little forgeted up?". The music even swells heroically as we see it happen, like it's something to be applauded!
: You're right, it would be forgeted up if it actually happened. But it's just a friggin' televison program, jeez.

Did somebody say overgrown bugs

Gus acknowledges Tippy with a delayed nod as he studies the spoon. In the background, a news reel shows a military parade in Porlaq's capital. The subtitles and headlines are in Kintharian, predictably.

He is roused by the sounds of an argument a ways away. Tippy has walked over to the pair looking not-so-happy.

After a moment Tippy leaves and walks back to where Jaakko is sitting. The two others continue their discussion more quietly  as Gus's interest wanes. The scene on TV has changed to a Kintharian news anchor talking rapidly about something, and looking rather worried.

Jaakko plays with his fingers anxiously, and overhears Yukamo talking about incendiary weapons.

"I guess she's a bit inflamed about the hot topic of old style kino-crisps," he says quietly, anticipating that only Tippy may hear.
