Tippy just watches the TV with a sad look on her face.

Walt steps back to give him some more room.

"Did you have to deal with the burst missiles on that ungodly wryvern or something? You look shaken."
Once again, there's no response. Eremit merely sits on his knees, continuing to hyperventilate, not even reacting to the ear-splitting drone of Kommandant's PAK FA as it taxis into the hangar he parked in front of.

Gus stares, wordless, at the TV for some time before addressing the Deltan squad.
"I'm so sorry."
A wave of sadness washes over him despite the circumstances of his time there.
: Thank you.
: So... what happens to us? If the legitimate government is gone, who are we serving now?
: I... do not know. I had never even thought of that as a possibility.

"Well, if you need a home we'd be happy to have you guys. As weird as our relations have been..."

"What's goi- oh, stuff."
Yui focuses on the TV for a moment, and a look of shock and sadness fills her face. She looks around the room, at the looks on everybody's faces. She walks a bit further in, standing a few feet away from Gus.

Walter trys to wave in front of Eremit

"Are you alright? I can't tell if they whooped the breath out of you also or that you're overwhelmed from winning somehow."

Walter holds forward his water bottle from his lunch towards Eremit.

"Take a drink and relax yourself, you're starting to worry me a bit."

He then looks over into the hanger to see if Kommandant has disembarked yet from his aircraft yet or for any techs approaching to take care of the aircraft.

"Considering NAUC's image abroad, I couldn't be surprised if you wanted to request asylum somewhere else," Jaakko remarks to the Huits.

He holds his attention on the dogs.

"Well, if you need a home we'd be happy to have you guys. As weird as our relations have been..."
: Thank you for the offer, but I am not sure it would be a good idea for me to remain here.

: You think you have an image problem? What is on the news right now is all people abroad see of us.

Kommandant is already walking out to his squadmate and beckons you to follow him as he passes you.
: How's he doing? Is he lucid at all?

Walt places the bottle on the ground by Eremit and walks along

" he hasn't said anything to me, just breathing heavy and looking around on the ground since he got out. Is that something common for him?"

"he hasn't said anything to me, just breathing heavy and looking around on the ground since he got out. Is that something common for him?"
: Not at all. Everything was fine until one of Raiden's pilots tagged him with an EMP gun. It was all simulated, of course, no tangible effects, but it really screwed him up. Probably gave him a flashback to the time he actually got hit with one.

"That would explain why he looks shaken. I've yet to experience being hit by one of those, I know I wouldn't like it especially in my lead brick."

Walt looks over into his hanger again as he had a few times already that day

"Who turned out on top for that engagement anyways?"

Walt looks over into his hanger again as he had a few times already that day
: You wouldn't have it nearly as bad, an EMP won't disrupt your ability to breathe.

"Who turned out on top for that engagement anyways?"
: Talk to someone else if you want a play-by-play, I have to make sure he's going to be alright.

He takes off his helmet, crouches in front of Eremit a respectful distance away, and begins attempting to talk him back to reality.

Walt nods and heads off to see the other pilots arriving in their hangers.

He ponders on his walk how Eremit in the first place ever damaged his respiratory system

Virvel and Pansar are in the next hangar over, conversing about the outcome of the wargame.

Shrapnel
believe it or not that's actually not the case this time

Walt approaches the two and chips in

"I saw you guys come in, how did things go for you?"
