Walter puts his elbow on the bar and watches the table

"I haven't really seen this before so I'm slightly curious. Not to mention I put ten dollars down on one of them."

Tippy says nothing and polishes off the glass breathing deeply and slowing down her heart rate.

"I'm glad that they were at least able to save my tongue, otherwise these drinking games just wouldn't be as worth it."

She sets the glass upside down and looks Morten in the eye.

: I remember them being pretty common in Moratov. Guess it helped the sailors pass the time while they were stuck in that hellhole.

"I couldn't picture myself doing that. I'm the person to work on some historical or mechanical research instead to pass time. Artifacts from the ship are rather interesting. "

Yui starts wondering if she should move.

also you wrote first drink for tippy instead of second

Tippy gets through the second drink with ease. It's about to become a lot tougher very soon though.

Tippy drys off her jaw with a nearby napkin.

Though her body disagrees with the rate at which she is consuming alcohol, Tippy kicks the thought of quitting in the pants and powers through another glass.

: Yeah, you won't find any of Nebolai's gifts up there. Just a lot of fish and ore.

He takes a shot.
: And stupid, dumbass freight companies.

wait i forget is tippy's jaw noticeably mechanical
You tell me.

Jaakko watches Tippy stumble.

"Well, stuff," he curses to himself.

you're probably gonna lose idiot. look at that guy, the gods probably dumped as many stats into the forgeter as they could so you'd never win against this monster of a man.

Tippy looks at Morten's enormous size as she struggles through what is only the third glass. Like seriously only the third, how potent is this suppose to be again?

Hah, well i'm gonna do it anyway.

why though?

Because i'm an starfish and i never learned when to actually pick battles that i'm suppose to win thats why.

"What do you have against the freighters? They just seem to do their own thing."

The copious amounts of booze are getting progressively more difficult to stomach. Whether it's affecting your opponent as severely is difficult to tell, as he currently has a self-assured grin on his face. Additionally, while not as tangible a handicap, it is rather discouraging that Pansar has (almost) his entire squadron cheering for him in his corner, while the only person vocally rooting for you is Nagato. Yui has fallen silent, Musashi isn't much of a vocal person to begin with, Matsumoto is looking at her phone, and Crash appears to be re-evaluating where he placed his ten bucks.
: Come on, Tippy!

Nagato elbows Matsumoto when she notices her not paying attention.
: Are you serious right now? It's happening!
: Huh? Oh, swell.

"What do you have against the freighters? They just seem to do their own thing."
: I don't have a problem with all of them, I have a problem with the companies that refuse to pay reparations when one of their ships carrying whatever the hell it was blows up in the dock and results in dozens of birth defects. Why should my family have had to fall into poverty just to keep me alive, while the people responsible don't have to pay a single cent?

Tippy looks at Morten and gives him the mechanical grin despite the effects of the alchohol.

Look at me mom, your little girl is living the dream! gods you would be so disappointed in me if you saw this

She turns the 4th glass upside down and gets ready for the next one.

"C'mon Tippy, you were a tanker! I'd bet Morten's never been experienced being a ground pounder any day in his life!" Jaakko growls with a sneer.

He liberates another scoop of cheddar bacon fries and moves them to his plate.

"I'm guessing that explains the re-breather, I'd imagine that would be quite costly."

"You got this, Tippy!"
