tried a bunch of games at a friend the other day, including those two, Shadow of Mordor was so much more fun

how dare he have a different opinon
Its not even him having a different opinion. Its that he completely disregarded OPs question. OP obviously wants one of the two games, so whats the point of telling him to buy neither and save his money? I could at least understand it if he gave an actual reason to not buy either game and save his money, but he didnt.

I now have the choice of Halo: the master queef collection since they finally loving fixed the multiplayer. Should I get that instead or nay?

I would still get SoM

He didn't really disregard it though. Many people are just like "x is more fun" and dont go into detail. He just said "neither" which implies he didn't find either fun.

The Master Chief Collection is nice, but if you've played Halo CE/2/3/4, then you're definitely not experiencing anything new, besides the updated graphics for Halo 2 (which are beautiful, by the way).

That said, multiplayer from all 4 games is back, and there's a lot of Cplaylists you can join for either campaign or multiplayer where you cycle through maps/missions from all the games.

It's kinda interesting to do some of the campaign playlists. There's a Flood playlist, where it's every Flood level back to back, as well as a Finale playlist of the last 4 missions (which for the most part consist of driving/flying around), and UNSC playlists set on as many UNSC locations as possible.

TMCC is nice, and you could really enjoy it, but for my money I would go for something entirely new to yourself.

You're stupid.

Anyways you should get Shadow of Mordor. I had more fun with it than I had with Dying Light. That said, they're both pretty fun.

My sarcasm started an argument and I didn't even notice...

I'd get Dying Light considering that I've never tried Shadows of Mordor.

I dunno why you keep bumping the thread :o If you dont have an answer already, i dont think you will. Also the poll favours SoM quite a bit.

Yeah. It's been a whole week.
You should just take the leap of faith and purchase Assassin's Creed Shadow of Mordor.
