Lol, tell that to gamefandan

wow the designer behind that controller needs to be fired and never given a job again
dont they actually spend time researching this? like how the human hand actually works? what is the most comfortable position?

The colecovision and intellivison controllers aren't really that bad it just kinda takes practice I only played the Intellivison and it suits me

Well, there are replacement joysticks out there and they're also designed like the GameCube ones so they don't break easily.
As a lifetime playstation user I can confirm this is 100% true.
Can also confirm as a user that grew up with the PlayStation.

What I like is that instead of having four shoulder buttons, it has two on the shoulders and the other two underneath where your fingers grasp the controller. I never have 4 fingers on my xbox 360 controller's shoulder buttons so this will feel even more comfortable.

What are all your guys' problems? The controller looks fine and it doesn't look uncomfortable.

n64 is the greatest gamepad of all time. and also the ugliest lol
I find it hilarious that kids say it's a horrible controller

holy stuff i just realized the whole middle part of the n64 controller is a joystick
like literally just a joystick attached to a normal controller
incredible
i never noticed

Yeah, iirc you rarely used the dpad and almost always used the brown townog stick so i never understood why they had it made the way it was.

both the NES and SNES just had a dpad so they probably assumed that would still be used the most

yeah it never occurred to nintendo even way back then, to have a rubber tipped stick.
the first smash brothers destroyed many thumbs.

also mario party 1

No one mentioned the best third-party N64 controller. :cookieMonster:
