Author Topic: so mcdonalds is accusing me of theft  (Read 3786 times)

^ This guy knows what he's talking about. One accusation made by a "witness" will not have you be charged for a crime. Since the employees at that McDonalds sound like friends, I suggest you show your anger and quit your current job and move on to law enforcement. Just my opinion though.
you're gonna want to keep a job, even when you first start moving on to law enforcement.

from what i know, you have to spend about 8 months of training (where you're kind of paid) before an actual academy, so it ranges around a year to a little over a year until you become an actual patrol officer

quitting immediately in his current state and going to law enforcement will probably make him; RIP

Hmm...
You could take it up with a court
Find a new job...
Or during the background check just be honest and say your co-workers were scumbags

so maybe you should stop stealing >:I

I remember working in McDonalds. The people are the lowest of the low. They purposely didn't give me warnings about shifts so they could fire me for not turning up and hire somebody younger. In the end they just stopped giving me shifts outright but to this day I'm still on their rooster.

Everybody loving smoked, the equipment was changed daily with barely any time to learn. My crew trainer left 3 days into my training, meaning I was upgraded to full employee without being properly trained on 90% of stations.

The most frustrating thing was how I had to loving salvage half the dinner services I worked because the lazy forgeters would all group up on the one burger station, leaving station 2 empty and nobody else was checking stock of fried goods or burgers. I got my arse handed to me many times for cooking the food we were running out because other people wouldn't delegate and put some loving nuggets in the fryer.

Leave ASAP, and don't look back. Only the worst of the worst and the cheapest (aka young kids with a lower minimum payrate) get hired for fast food.

sorry but don't school drop outs only work at McDonald's

I don't know about Warshington, but in the background check they try to find out one kind of person you are. Try to stay on the good side many co-workers, also if you are in school try to make a good impression on your teachers and fellow class mates.

College is also a good place to start as well, my advice is to go to college. A criminal justice degree can help you out greatly. If you enlist in the military, that will help you a lot because veterans are both preferred and you get some federal money to pay for your education. You don't have to go active, you can be a reserve. However you will end up out of state for a few months for basic training.

You don't have to be jesus to be hired, but you should make yourself an attractive candidate as possible.

One more thing, you make to maintain long employment per job. Basically if you work a job for a few months then leave and then work another job and then leave after a few months, it doesn't look good for you. The departments want someone who is going to stay for long time(usually about 5 years here were people either go to a big city or somewhere else).

people in school and people who dropped out of school
so people who can't get a career to work at a good job because they don't have qualifications
