MAC filtering, make sure your WAP isn't using WEP either.
(I sure hope to god anyone in the right mind still isn't using WEP)

i've got a friend who lives in a remote location who stills uses wep lol

Shorten the WiFi range
unless you own a private satellite youre wifi range wont reach down to the next down house much less down the street. op could be describing the process of throttling. these connected devices could be anything. also just because someone is connected doesnt mean that they will show up as intruders or slow down your network. if they know the password, they arent "unwanted visitors"

also disable your guest network from your router op

Good lord, he must not know about the huge vulnerability with WEP APs

Unserious things aside, I'll address the things.

Just tell her whats going on?

She knows, she doesn't want it changed. :/

I know WEP is unsafe, WPA's my main man

I have a network named [wifiname]-2, but it's secured. I'll assume that isn't a guest PW.

Also, I'll try MAC filtering when I get home. And I don't have throttling, it's not a 4G dataplan.

Change the method of encryption. If you're currently using WEP, change to WPA2-AES and change the password. After that they won't be able to use it.
