Idk if I have to say this but Sweden did leave NATO after Russia and the Saudis allowed them to join the ESTO. Also Sweden will withdraw from the Outer Space Treaty effective Dec 2011.

I believe anti-cloning laws are directly in the UN laws themselves. You'd have to leave the UN for them not to apply to you.

it's a nonbinding declaration that tells countries that they should outlaw cloning but they don't have to
There's that EU treaty but only a few countries actually ratified it
So Sweden doesn't actually have to withdraw from anything about human cloning. They just won't pass or enforce laws on it
