Sweet, thanks.

The Soviet leader is having a harder and harder time convincing the government to stay out of the war due to "soft" alliances with SEADA and the IP and from the Kalmar Union's influence. (OOC: Basically, if you don't stop fighting the war soon, I will intervene and it will be on the German side.)

The Union sends in an independent neutral Civilian Evacuation-Protection Force into France to minimize civilian casualties as the U.N. and the Germans shoot it out.
They are not permitted to participate in offensive military operations but will fire in self-defense if fired upon by any of the parties. The CEPF will be made up of regular Union military units and three squadrons from the Exoframe Corps.

The CEPF is independent of the U.N. and will not hesitate to destroy offending forces.

The peacekeepers will not attack these military members, but the removal of French citizens from France without consent of the citizen will result in defensive attacks.

If Germany wants this to escalate into WWVI, so be it.
It'll be their calling.

We are defending against German occupiers.

And are you saying that a UN member will be independent of the UN?
You make no sense.
