its a new thing using a external psu for "desktop" computers with laptop specs
they're like 50W to 150W max, can't upgrade for stuff

what you have there isnt a computer. you cannot and should not try to upgrade it.
its literally a 50 dollar setup there. you are far better off building from scratch
