Highly unlikely that you have Osteo.
If you have any arthritis, you have juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. This isn't caused by wear-and-tear, as with Osteo.
Instead, your immune system attacks the synovial fluid around your joints, causing swealing and pain. It's relatively uncommon in younger people, but they can still develop it.
Usually the swelling is symmetrical down your body, and you'll often have the pain in the same place on the opposite side.
Go see your doctor and get tested if you're worried.
If they believe it's an arthritis then they can perform specific tests for it.
X-Rays prove the existence of osteoarthritis as it shows damage to the bone and missing cartilage.
Blood tests can prove the existence of Rhematoid Arthritis, as you'll have the rheumatoid factor, as well as abnormally high white-blood cell counts, among other things.
It's likely just an injury, or a dislocation perhaps.
